Disclaimer

This page states plainly what checksimownersdetails.pk is, what it is not, and the legal boundary every visitor should understand before using any SIM-checking method described on this site.

1. We are an independent guide — nothing more

Check SIM Owners Details is an independent informational website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), NADRA, the NCCIA, or any mobile operator (Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone, SCO or ONIC). The official channels we describe — 668, cnic.sims.pk, 667, 76367, complaint.pta.gov.pk — belong to their respective operators and authorities, and their availability, pricing and behaviour can change without notice to us.

2. We offer no owner-lookup — and never will

This site provides no tool, form, service or assistance of any kind for identifying the owner of a phone number. We cannot tell you a stranger’s name or address from their number, we cannot check anyone’s SIM record on request, and we will not refer you to anyone claiming they can. PTA’s SVMS registry has no public search window — every website or app promising a “SIM owner details by number” result is either fabricating the answer or trading in stolen data.

3. The PECA 2016 statement

Under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA), Section 16, unauthorised use of another person’s identity information is a criminal offence in Pakistan, punishable by up to three years’ imprisonment, a fine of up to Rs 5 million, or both. This liability reaches the user of an unlawful lookup service, not only its operator. Every method documented on this site is lawful precisely because it works only on your own CNIC or the SIM physically in your own hand. If you attempt to use anything you learn here against a stranger’s number, you are acting against both the law and this site’s explicit instructions. Enforcement sits with PTA and the NCCIA (cyber helpline 1799, operational since June 2025).

4. Information accuracy — verified, dated, but not guaranteed

We verify facts against primary sources and test SMS codes and portals on real SIMs, and each page shows when it was last reviewed. However, telecom rules, fees and portal behaviour change. Information on this site is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. A dated statement (for example, the ~Rs 2 cost of a 668 SMS, or the 8-SIM limit of 5 voice + 3 data set by the Supreme Court of Pakistan on 5 November 2015) was accurate at its stated verification date — always confirm current terms with the official channel before relying on them.

5. Not legal, financial or professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice. Descriptions of PECA 2016, disowning procedures or complaint processes are journalistic summaries for general awareness. For a real legal matter — fraud committed against you, a SIM registered to your CNIC without consent, a summons, a dispute with an operator — consult a licensed lawyer and use the official complaint channels (complaint.pta.gov.pk, 0800-55055; NCCIA 1799).

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its editor accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the information here — including SMS charges, actions taken at franchises, outcomes of complaints, or the conduct of any third-party website we link to or warn about. You use official channels at your own initiative and under the terms of the operator or authority that runs them.

7. Third-party names and trademarks

Operator and authority names, logos and shortcodes referenced on this site (PTA, NADRA, NCCIA, Jazz, Zong, Telenor, Ufone and others) are the property of their respective owners, used solely to identify the services being described.

Roman-Urdu khulasa

Roman-Urdu: Yeh site sirf maloomat deti hai — hum PTA, NADRA, NCCIA ya kisi operator ka hissa nahin hain. Hum kisi number se malik ka naam ya pata batane wali koi service nahin dete, aur na kabhi denge — aisi har service jhooti hai kyunke PTA ke registry ka koi public search hai hi nahin. PECA 2016 Section 16 ke tehat kisi aur ki identity information ka bila-ijazat istemal jurm hai: 3 saal tak qaid, Rs 50 lakh tak jurmana, ya dono — aur yeh qanoon service istemal karne wale par bhi lagta hai. Is site ke sab tareeqay sirf aap ke apne CNIC ya apne haath wali SIM ke liye hain. Maloomat verify shuda aur dated hai, magar rules badal sakte hain — bharosa karne se pehle official channel se tasdeeq karein. Yeh legal advice nahin hai.
